About the job

With four stores and concessions already operating at the end of 2018, this is an opportunity to shape the way that Natoora runs the current and future planned concessions. With retail expansion a key focus over the next 5 years both in the UK and eventually abroad, you will initially be responsible for running the Selfridges concession which we have operated since 2016. With a mix of fresh produce and prepared food, this retail model for Natoora presents a fantastic opportunity to apply your experience managing retail locations to define the model for future concession openings. You will be at the forefront of a model that can form an important part of our retail mix in the UK and internationally.

You will have fantastic organisational skills and a strong background in delivering consistently great customer experience, as well as the ability to inspire and motivate teams to do the same. You will be responsible for recruiting, training the teams and managing the day to day relationship with the concession host store. Reviewing all the current training materials and processes you will be involved in the evolution of our training for concession locations as we expand, as well as ensuring that all employees have a training path with clear goals.

With a minimum of 2 years of store management behind you and proven experience in delivering excellent store performance, this is a fantastic opportunity to be an integral part of the team.
